With proper care, SHANDRÉ hair can be reused and worn for an extended period of time. The exact lifespan depends on how often the hair is worn, how it is installed, and how well it is maintained.

Yes. Our hair can be washed, straightened, curled, and styled with heat. We always recommend using a heat protectant and keeping chemical treatments to a minimum to help preserve the quality of the hair.

For a full look, we generally recommend 3 bundles. For longer lengths or a fuller style, 4 bundles may be preferred. If you’re also using a closure, 2–3 bundles is usually enough depending on the look you want.

Yes, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as the hair is unused, unopened, and in its original condition. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once the hair has been opened, installed, washed, cut, dyed, or altered.
