All orders are carefully inspected, prepared, and packaged by our team before being shipped.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Customs & Import Fees

SHANDRÉ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Tracking Your Order
